Dave and Chris were great to deal with. Not your typical car shopping experience. No pressure, no hidden fees, both very honest guys. They made the process so easy and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Vitale if you’re looking for a used car.

We bought a car from Vitale‘s my granddaughter‘s sophomore year in high school and she used her car sophomore year junior year senior year and then she went to college in Maine for four years and she had the same car from Vitale’s So for seven years that car got her anywhere she wanted to go if I had any problems which I didn’t I could go back to Vitale‘s and they would fix it other than new tires and oil changes. The car was fantastic and I never had to worry about my granddaughter driving in it. She just purchased her first brand new car and I just want to thank Dave Vitale and Chris for helping out and making sure my granddaughter was safe wherever she went by selling us a great car

I then took some pretty bad dealerships. In the past, Vitali auto was so different. I'm a single woman looking for a car with a disabled child, and I figured you know, people are going to take advantage nope, not at all, they were amazing to us. We got a car exactly how it's supposed to be. Pre pricing, perfect, got an oil change. New brakes inspection sticker, well, 2 days after I got my car, my thermostat went, I brought my car back, they drove me home and my family home so we couldn't have to get an Uber. I've never had service like that, they're just amazing and they really truly care Thank you for everything chris

Great customer service, helped my son get his first car. Recommended best options for him and was very honest and patient. Even after purchase, the service continued to be exceptional. Prompt response and attentive. Great experience, highly recommend!
